Kiosk Surveys

Kiosk Surveys introduce a whole new set of survey features to help you interact with visitors at kiosks, displays, trade show exhibits and more.

If you’re exhibiting at a tradeshow, conference or convention, it’s natural to want to survey your visitors in person, or collect email addresses for future contact. Our kiosk survey software allows you to do just that.

Kiosk Survey Features

Here are some of the important features of SurveyGizmo kiosk surveys:

  • Refresh surveys automatically. Every time a user reaches the end of a survey, you can set a time limit on the Thank You page that causes your survey to auto-refresh after a set period of time.
  • Discard abandoned surveys. Set the survey to return to the kiosk survey intro page when no one has interacted with the survey in X minutes. (Users can also return to the beginning by clicking “Start a New Survey in the progress bar at the top of the screen).
  • Display a unique introduction screen for your survey. Customize the first screen of your kiosk survey to provide information to the user. If you’re using the kiosk survey to collect email addresses, for instance, you might include a message that tells the respondent that by entering their email address, they’ll be entered in a drawing to win a product of their choice.

If you’re exhibiting at a trade show, or looking to collect immediate feedback on a presentation at a conference, a series of kiosk surveys is the ideal solution. All you need is a few laptops, and your audience can complete your survey at will.

But it gets even better than that – use Kiosk Survey Mode along with one of our many mobile-friendly themes, and you can set up iPad surveys or iPod Touch surveys at your kiosk to collect survey responses.
