Survey Logic & Branching

Because no one likes a dumb survey.

Our advanced survey skip logic and branching features let you to create super-interactive surveys that validate your respondents’ answers and respond to them appropriately.

  • Advanced Skip Logic & Page Jumping

Irrelevant questions lead to survey abandonment. (And we hate survey abandonment.)

Make your surveys more responsive by using our advanced skip logic and page jumping features. Show and hide questions based on previous responses, or skip to a new page entirely. Keeping your respondents engaged = better data.

  • Survey Piping

Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name. (And that counts in surveys, too.) Our piping features let you use answers from earlier in a survey to populate later questions. Whether you’re looking to get more information on a previous answer, or just to call a survey respondent by name, this is the way to do it.

  • Randomize Pages, Questions, Options

Let’s be honest – some people cheat at surveys. By randomizing your question options or survey pages, you can guard against bias and get better responses. (Even from those people who aren’t really paying attention.)

  • Set Quotas

Sometimes you need to exclude survey respondents – and that’s where quotas come in. SurveyGizmo lets you use link quotas to automatically close your survey after a certain number of responses, or question-based quotas to exclude survey takers based on their answers.
