Net Promoter Score Surveys
What is this?
Net Promoter Score is the standard for measuring customer satisfaction by quantifying a respondent’s likelihood to recommend a product or service to friends or colleagues. Using our Net Promoter Score question, you can identify your Promoters, Detractors and Passives. Reporting for this will include a ten-point table.
As it is a custom question type, it does not come with our regular subscriptions, but is available for purchase on the SurveyGizmo Marketplace. You can purchase this additional question type at any time, and you can cancel your subscription to it whenever you’d like!
When would I use this?
You would use a net promoter score question to find out and understand what your customers are saying about you. This simple question can help you determine who is promoting your company, and who’s not. It can help you really look into your own company policies and make changes based on how your customers are seeing you.
What are questions you would ask with this question type?
How likely are you to recommend company X to a friend or family member?
