When would I use it?
There are many reasons why you may need to speak with someone over the phone. You may run into a situation that is more complex, and therefore not available in a tutorial, or easily explained over email. You may even be in an emergency situation (or on a deadline) where you need an answer now, and you can’t wait for an email response. Otherwise, you may just prefer to speak with a live person over the phone– all of these are great reasons to call!
