Question Library
What is this?
The question library feature allows you to save questions and reuse them again all with a click of a button. That way, if there is one question you find yourself needing in every survey you create, you don’t have to type it over and over again. You can also customize this library by adding, editing, or deleting your questions at any time.
Are there any example questions in the library?
Most definitely. We have several question libraries available with pre-made questions associated with various topics.
- Academic
- Business
- Events
- General
- Human Resources
- Rating, Comparison, and Calculation Questions
When would I use this?
We understand how busy you can be, and it can be very tedious to have to create survey questions over and over. Sure, you could copy the survey, but then you’d have to delete any questions you didn’t want. Having a way to easily copy your questions to your question library, and add questions from your library to your new survey can be extremely helpful and help you to save time.
It’s best to use the Question Library when you know you’re going to be having a lot of surveys with the same general questions or question formats. You can always change the question wording, but leave the format intact. With the time you save, you can work on more important things.
