Responses Per Month

What is this?

Responses Per Month is a limit of how many responses your plan is alloted in a given month.

If your account has response limits and you happen to go over your response limit for the month, we will not shut down your surveys, we just hold all the overflow responses in an “locked” status. To unlock them, all you need to do is upgrade for the month to the next highest account level.

Who has response limits?

Paid accounts have unlimited responses every month.

Trial

Trial customers are limited to 25 responses during their trial period, and can have additional responses unlocked once they upgrade or convert to a free account.
