SalesForce Survey Integration
What is this?
Integration with Salesforce.com allows you to load Salesforce data into your survey, format a Survey URL to load a Salesforce record, take advantage of email invites, and create or update Salesforce records with data in your survey. Please note that this feature requires a SalesForce account level of Enterprise or Unlimited.
When would I use it?
By combining Salesforce.com with SurveyGizmo you can more effectively manage your customer relations using our survey software. A great example of when you would use us, is if you already have information on a current customer, but you want to make sure nothings changed in the new year. You can set up a survey that will be pre-populated by Salesforce, and then you can ask your respondents if any of their information has changed. You can then use us to push new data that you collect into Salesforce to update your existing records.
You can also use us to create brand new leads by setting up your survey to push all new data into Salesforce. You can then set up emails within Salesforce to send out information to your new leads, and start your relationship off quickly and easily!
