Upload Logo
What is this?
This feature helps you to quickly and easily upload and add a logo to your survey. You can upload your logo to our Files & Images library, and once inside your survey, select it from your library to add it to the header of your survey. Once uploaded, it will be in your account until you delete it so you can come back and use your logo whenever you’re designing a new survey.
If you want to link to an image from an outside source, you also have the option to paste in an external link.
We also provide the option for you to assign a Logo Alt Text in case you have customers that use screen readers, or have trouble loading images.
When would I use this?
Adding a logo to your survey can add that little extra piece of branding and professional feel. You can add your company logo to the top so that your survey takers know exactly who their survey is coming from, which can help them feel at ease, and can facilitate more honest responses.
What should I avoid?
Finding the right size for your logo is very important. You want to avoid making your logo too small, or even worse, too large so that it’s engulfing most of your survey. While we do not yet have a built in application that readjusts the size of your logo, you can use any photo editor, or third party software such as ShrinkPictures.com to find the perfect size for you.
