View Report Online
What is this?
You can access your survey reports easily at anytime on SurveyGizmo.com. Your data is always online and never deleted so you don’t have to worry about saving your data offline, we take care of that. In addition you can even create links to your data from the Publish/Share tab.
When would I use this?
You may run into several times when you may need to have all your reports available online. There may be instances when you’re late for a meeting and you’ve forgotten your printed copy at home– you can quickly and easily download another copy and print it out (or even plug your projector into your screen to view the data online!).
You may also want to just take a quick glance at your data so you can see how much progress has been made so far, which is easy to do with it available at any time.
A great benefit of having your data online is, if for any reason, you’ve lost the data (or your servers crash) we still have the data backed up and stored on our servers so you never lose your hard earned work! Even if you were to come back 10 years after running the study, we’d still have the data available for you when you need it!
When should I avoid viewing my reports online?
If you’re in a public setting and viewing sensitive information, you may want to avoid viewing your data online. We offer the ability to download your reports to csv, word, and PDF so that you can view them later if you’d prefer.
This can help you maintain your respondent’s privacy.
Can I see what the interface for viewing reports looks like?
Most Definitely! Whenever you choose which report you’d like to view, you can go to the Run/View Report tab to view the information online, and download copies of your data if you need to!
