Disabling/Re-enabling users Tutorial

Deactivating users

There is no longer such things as "deleting" users. You work too hard on your user permissions to lose them by accident or when someone leaves the company, then comes back. All users can now be deactivated so they don't count toward your user limit, but we still retain their information in case you ever need to reinstate them again!

*PLEASE NOTE* If you're looking how to deactivate client users, please visit Client Users

Step 1: Go to Account-->Users, Teams & Roles--> Users

Step 2: Click on the small pencil icon to the left of the user you'd like to deactivate

Step 3: Click on the "Deactivate this user" option. Deactivate_User_2.png

A warning message will appear.

Step 4: If you're sure you want to deactivate the user, click "Save Changes".

NOTE: All of the data (team information, permissions, etc) are retained when you deactivate the user, so when you reactivate them, all of their prior information will be available.

Step 1: Go to Account -->Users, Teams & Roles --> Users

Step 2: Click on "Show Deactivated Users"
