My Profile Tutorial
As a user, you have the option to customize your user profile. You can change everything from your Screen Name to your Application Skin to your Password.
What can I do there?

How do I access my Profile?
Step 1: Go to "Profile" in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
Step 2: Select the " Profile" option.
A: Profile: Clicking this link will allow you to view and customize your user profile.
B: Skins: Applications skins allow you to change the background of your SurveyGizmo Application. By clicking the small arrow button, you can choose which skin you'd like to use. For more information on skins and examples, please see our tutorial: SurveyGizmo Application Skins

What can I do in My Profile?
My Teams Tab
Your "My Teams" tab is where you can edit your Name, Screen Name, and Avatar. It also shows you specific information about your user such as the ID, Team/Roles, and Email address.

A: Avatars (Optional): Click on the SurveyGizmo Icon in the upper left hand corner to customize your users avatar. If you do not choose an avatar, they will be identified by the grey gears icon. Gizmo Avatars: You can choose an avatar from a list of premade SurveyGizmo avatars OR Custom Avatar: If you have a gravatar account, if you click on the word "Gravatar", you can login to your account and use the avatars you already have. If you do not have a gravatar account, you can use that link to get to the gravatar website to create one. |

B: Full Name: This field is for you to list your first and last name. If your last name changes for any reason, you can change it in this location. C: Screen Name: This is a short nickname used to identify this person in SurveyGizmo. It has a 25 character limit. TIP: It's best to keep this short, but also easily identifiable. This will be in place of your user name everywhere in the application. |

D: Email Address: This is the email address associated with your user account. NOTE: You can now change your email address after the fact if you absolutely need to. To learn more, visit CHANGING YOUR EMAIL |

E: My Team-- Role Associations: This section will show you exactly which teams you belong to, and what roles you have on each time. If you need clarification on, or need to change your team or role, please contact your Team Manager or Account Administrator. |
My Passwords Tab
You can easily change your password by clicking on the My Password tab, and filling in you current password, then a new one. Be sure to save your changes once you're done.
