Set Your Time Zone


Available to All Account Levels.

You can change the time zone associated with your account. Settings your time zone will affect survey responses (time stamps) and scheduling.

  1. Click on Account in the top right hand corner of your SurveyGizmo dashboard.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the Summary tab to see Account Settings.
  3. Select your time zone from the dropdown menu and specify your preferred date/time format.

If you only have the ability to change your password, you are not listed as an administrator on your account. Please contact your administrator.

** Please note: This will only update the time that is displayed in the SurveyGizmo application for you to see. This will not change the timezone in your export of your data or to the respondents. Although that ability is not available now, we are hoping to have it in one of our future releases!
