SurveyGizmo Application Skins
Skins are a little known feature that we have that allow you to change the background skin of your SurveyGizmo application. We have various business colors, as well as some fun background and themes that you can choose from.
As you scroll down your page, your skin will scroll with you until you reach the bottom it.
Changing your Skin
1. Click on Account
2. Under "Skins" click on the underlined option. ("Daylight" is the default)
It will provide you a number of options to choose from, and each option will have it's own unique background skins.
3. Choose the skin you want from the drop-down and it will automatically refresh.
Examples
Daylight
This theme has been the default theme for our application since we we switched to our new interface. It's a mix of blue, white and grey.
Gizmo'd
This skin is colored much like our mascot GizmoMan. It's a lot lighter color of blue, and adds a much brighter look to the application.
Warning: This theme is the "Staff Picked" skin, and is subject to change with no warning
Broderick
We're sorry, this theme is not related to Matthew Broderick, but instead, it was named after the skin creator, who's name was Broderick. It's a much more Professional looking theme that sticks to mostly whites, greys and blacks.
Organic
This skin is meant to provide a more organic texture feel to your application. It dons wood like textures, and pale greens.
Sorbet
The Sorbet theme is exactly how it sounds, like bright pastel sorbet colors. If it doesn't remind you of some kind of chilly treat, it's not doing it's job!
Unicorn!
This is one of our more fun skins.
Aquarium
This skin is supposed to give you fish-eye view of what it's like to be in an aquarium. Navigate your application with your fishy friends!
Larsen!
This skin is an homage to the comic illustrator Gary Larsen, the creator of The Far Side. Our graphic designers had a lot of fun designing this one.
Frakk It
For all you Battlestar Galactica fans, you can now have your very own cylon as your SurveyGizmo Skin! (You can't see it in this screenshot, but the eye at the top moves when applied to your app!)
