Close a Project on a Certain Date Tutorial
Available to Professional, SurveyGizmo, Enterprise, and Dedicated Accounts
Many surveys and projects have hard deadlines as to when the survey closes. Rather than logging into SurveyGizmo at 11:59 on the night before, you can use our Auto-Close feature to shut it down automatically.
- Go to the Project tab-->Settings.
- Click on the Advanced tab.
- Input the date and time that you want the survey to close and be sure to Save your progress.
When a survey is closed, if survey takers were in the process of completing their survey, they will still be allowed to complete their responses. Therefore there may be responses that trickle in after the closure.
