Question Library

Use the Question Library to save questions you'd like to use again so that you can easily add them to future surveys.

Where is my Question Library?

You can access your Question Library from anywhere within the SurveyGizmo Application! Just click Libraries from your main navigation bar and select Question Library.

 

What does it look like?

Each question saved to your question library will allow you to Edit (pencil icon), Copy (paper icons) and Delete (red X). You can even adjust settings like Required, Soft-Required, Skip Question Numbering and Show Comment.

 

How do I add a Question to my Question Library?

Edit the question. Scroll to Question Basics and click the option to Save a version in your question library and click Save Question. 

Note: Custom tables cannot be saved to the question library as they are too complex to be copied and reused in other projects.

How do I edit or delete a question from my question library?

Simply click the pencil icon to edit or the red x icon to delete! Note: Changes made to questions in you question library will not populate in the surveys where they have been added.

 

How do I add a question from my question library to a survey?

Excellent question! Simply click Question Library at the bottom of the page.  

Check the option to Add To Survey for each question you would like to add to your survey and Click Add X Items to Survey at the bottom of the page

This will return you to the survey where the question has been added to the bottom of the page.
