Question Library
The Survey Question Library is a great place for you save questions you'd like to use again so that you can easily add them to your future surveys.
How do I add a Question to my Question Library?

Whenever you edit a question, it will have the "Copy to Question library" option in the lower right or left corner of the question type. If you want to keep it for later, all you have to do is:
- Click the checkbox next to "Copy to Question Library".
- Click Save.
**PLEASE NOTE**: The only question type that you are unable to copy to the question library is a Custom Table. Custom tables are too complex to be copied into the library and reused in other projects.
Where is my Question Library?

What's really cool is, you access your Question Library from anywhere within the SurveyGizmo Application!
To access your Question Library:
- Click on "Libraries".
- Select "Question library".
What does it look like?

Your Question library is set up similar to the Create & Edit tab on a survey. It will list out each question you have saved to your library and allow you to do the following:
- Edit (pencil icon)
- Copy (paper icons)
- Delete (red X)
You can even adjust things like "Required", "Soft-Required" and "Skip Question Numbering".
When adding questions to my survey, how do I add a question from my question library?
Excellent question! Once you're back into your survey, go to your Create & Edit tab, and go through the following steps.
Step1: Click Add Question.
![]()
Step 2: Click on the option for Question Library (in the lower left hand corner of the screen).

Step 3: Click on the Green Plus sign to the left of the question you'd like to add. You'll see a "Working..." message, and it will save the question to your survey. Please Note: It will not indicate anything once it's been added, so you can just click the "Close" option once you're cone.
**TIP**: You'll notice in the above picture there are more tabs available than just "My Question Library". These are pre-made questions we've put together for you. Feel free to browse around and add any questions you'd like to your survey!
