Recover Deleted Responses

Recover deleted responses individually
To delete responses one by one:

Go to the View Responses tab of your project To filter by deleted response status select Deleted from the All Responses dropdown |

| Click on the curled arrow to the left of the response you'd like to restore |  |
When you recover a deleted response, the "Date Submitted" will change to the date the responses was restored.
Recover Deleted Responses in Bulk
In addition to restoring responses one by one, you can restore all deleted responses at once!

Go to View Responses Click Convert Responses at the bottom of the page |

| Click Restore All Deleted Responses |  |
You cannot Bulk Restore TEST data. Whenever you use the bulk restore option, it will only recover live data.
This restore option will only work for responses received starting October 25, 2012. This will not work retroactively for any responses received prior to that date. If you need those responses recovered in mass, our support team can do this for you. Please email support@sgizmo.com and include the survey ID# or name.
