Unable to Login, sending you to a Free Account
Have you ever run into the problem where you forget your password, and so you ask for a password reset, but when you get into your account it sends you to another one that you had signed up for with the same email address??
Well if so, what's happening is, our system is getting confused that you have two accounts with the same email address, and since the passwords are now in question, it will generally default you to the lowest level account (generally free).
If you run into this problem, please contact support at support@sgizmo.com and let them know what your two accounts are (and under what email).
