Understand the View Data Tab Tutorial

What do the terms on the View Data tab really mean?

  1. Completed: those respondents have finished the survey and clicked the "submit" button.
  2. Abandoned: those respondents clicked the link and saw the first page but never clicked 'next' on the first page
  3. Partial: those respondents have started the survey and proceeded past at least the first page but has not yet finished.
  4. Overflow: this data is being collected but has been marked as in overflow because you have run out of your monthly responses. You will need to upgrade or purchase more responses to see this data.
  5. Disqualified: these are the respondents that triggered a disqualification message. Any data they have provided was collected but default will not be included in exports or reports.
