How to Close a Link Without Closing the Survey

Closing a Project

When you want your survey to stop all data collection it's time to close your project

  1. Go to the Distribute tab.
  2. Next to 'Your Survey Status', click 'Closed'

All campaigns will be closed and any link will now lead to a closed survey message.

**NOTE**: At the survey level we do not have a way to change the closed survey message, but you can change the closed message on individual links (if you're keeping the project open but closing individual links).

For more information on how to do this, please see: Close a Project on a Certain Date

Closing an Individual Link or Campaign

  1. Go to the Distribute tab.
  2. Edit the individual link or campaign you'd like to close
  3. Next to Status, toggle the option to 'Closed'

This will make sure that your individual link has been closed, but leave your survey open so that you can continue to collect responses from other links.
