Changing the footer in email invites


Available to all Paid Account Levels.

The footer/unsubscribe message in email invites cannot be removed in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act. However, as this information is pulled from your Account Info tab, you can update this information to alter this message.

  1. Click on Account in the top right hand corner of your SurveyGizmo dashboard.
  2. Click on Summary.
  3. Click 'Edit' to the left of Account Information.
  4. Update your information. You cannot leave fields blank, but you can customize it according to the audience.
  5. Be sure to change your Account Info back after you are finished sending!

If you only have the ability to change your password, you are not listed as an administrator on your account. Please contact your administrator.

NOTE: You can now customize the footer of your email (you still need to include an address and unsubscribe link, but you can customize the wording or translate it if you'd like). To learn more, please visit: Email Campaign: Customizing the CAN-SPAM ACT Footer Text
