Set the From address in email invites
Available to Enterprise, SurveyGizmo and Dedicated Accounts.
In order to ensure the best deliverability possible, SurveyGizmo email invites are sent from our own domain and we let you choose the Reply To. However, for those wanting a completely branded experience, we allow Enterprise and Dedicated accounts to use their own From addresses.
- Click on Accounts--> Summary in the top right hand corner of your SurveyGizmo dashboard.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Summary tab to see Account Settings.
- Read the disclaimer about deliverability.
- Check the box stating "Yes, send my emails from the address specified in each email invite's "From Address" field."
If you only have the ability to change your password, you are not listed as an administrator on your account. Please contact your administrator.
