Account Settings
"Account" contains your important account information such as primary and billing contacts, invoices, users, domains, and users. This is where you would update your account and credit card information.
- Click on Account in the top right hand corner of your SurveyGizmo dashboard.
- Click on the appropriate tab - Summary, Upgrade, Cancel Account, Invoices, Users Teams & Roles, Clients, Preferences, Plugins, and Dev Toolkit
If you only have the ability to change your password, you are not listed as an administrator on your account. Please contact your administrator if you need access to these options.
**PLEASE NOTE- IMPORTANT UPDATE**
Depending on what level of account you have, you may or may not be able to see the "Upgrade" button.
If you do not see "Upgrade" or "Change Plan" or "Cancel Account", please contact us at support@sgizmo.com or 720-496-2990 to downgrade or upgrade your account.
