Limit the Number of Responses

To require survey takers to select a minimum number of options or set a cap on the maximum selectable options for a question:
- Edit your question
- Go to the Data Validation
- Enter the maximum number of answers in the Max Answers Selectable field and/or enter the minimum number of answers in the If Answered, Minimum Answers Required field (you can set both a min and a max value).
- Save
Minimum Answers Required is available for the following questions:
- List of textboxes
- Checkbox
- Image Choice (multi)
- List of Dropdowns
- Rank
- Drag & Drop Rank
- Continuous Sum
- Star Ranking
- Table of Radio Buttons
- Table of Checkbox
- Table of Dropdown Menu
- Table of Textboxes
Max Answers Selectable is available for the following questions:
- Checkboxes
- Image Choice (multi)
- Rank
- Drag & Drop Rank
