How to Organize Surveys and Projects in Folders
When you have a lot of surveys or projects, you may want to take advantage of Folders to organize and manage your SurveyGizmo account.
To add your current project to a folder
- Go to the Project-->Settings
- On the General tab, choose the appropriate folder from the dropdown and Save
- If you do not have a folder set up, click on "Manage folders here" to set up a new folder.
To organize your entire account
- Go to
--> Dashboard-->Manage Folders - You can then drag whatever project you'd like to move from the right over to the folder on the left.
- Use the New Folder button in the bottom left to create new folders and drag and drop existing projects from the list on the right into the existing folders on the left.
If you have a lot of surveys, you can use the search box to filter and narrow down the list.
