Restrict or Limit Access to Surveys

Available to Enterprise and Dedicated Accounts.

Sometimes you may not want users to see everything in your account. Account administrators can limit what projects a user can see.

  1. Click on Account in the top right hand corner of your SurveyGizmo dashboard.
  2. Click on the Users, Teams, & Roles tab.
  3. Click on the small pencil icon to the right of the user you want to edit.
  4. Go to the Limit Projects tab
  5. Check off the surveys you want the user to be able to see.

If you check off these surveys, it means your user will only be able to see the ones you check regardless of what team they are on.

If you do not have a "Account" tab, and you only have a "Profile" tab, then you are not listed as an administrator on your account. Please contact your administrator.
