How to Toggle the Page Title Option in Custom Themes
In order to create a Custom Theme, you can copy a Standard Theme and customize it to your liking using CSS and HTML Customization. This way you can use it again and again in your surveys. Custom Themes allow you to control the survey designer's ability turn various settings on and off, including the Logo/Image, Back Button, Page Title, Page Description, Progress Bar, Survey Title and Question Numbers. To turn off the ability to change these settings:
Step 1: Go to Libraries --> Themes --> Select a Standard or Custom Theme
Step 2: Click on the Template tab
Step 3: Uncheck the settings you want to remove from the survey theme customization menu
- Survey Title
- Page Title
- Page Description
- Question Numbers
- Back Button
- Progress Bar
- Powered by SurveyGizmo
- Logo/Image
Step 4: Click "Save"
Survey designers using this theme will no longer be able to toggle these settings when customizing the theme for their survey: Project tab-->Distribute-->Default Theme-->Options.
