Localization: Changing your timezone
Available to All Account Levels.
By default all SurveyGizmo dates will be eastern standard time. If you're located somewhere other than the east coast of the United States it might be helpful for you to localize the timestamps to your timezone and format.
Localization

- Select Account from the upper right hand corner of any screen in your SurveyGizmo account
- Go to the Summary tab
Tip: You can only do this if you are an account administrator

Scroll down on the Summary tab until you find the account settings section.
- Select the city closest to you from the Time Zone dropdown menu
- Select your preferred date/time format
That's it! All dates in the platform will now be converted to this time zone. Responses will be recorded based on this setting as well. It's important to note that when setting up filters for reports or exports you will not have to convert the time to your current timezone. That means if you want the report to only filter based on the first of the year to the 5th of the year and you are located in Australia you don't have to compensate for the time difference.
