Quick Guide: Card Sort Question
Available by purchase only. Contact sales@sgizmo.com for more information.
The following question is available for those that purchased the custom question 5-pack, and will be available for purchase in the near future.
Card Sort Question Type - Allows a respondent to place items into categories. Please note these items are not placed in a ranking order within the category.
Editing the Card Sort: Under Question Settings place the categories to sort in to, separated by commas. If you have "Randomize your answers between the categories" set to "yes", all Answers will be randomly assigned a slot, allowing the respondent to place items in the category. If it is set to "no" there will be an area where the items will be located apart from the categories. To allow images for a card sort, use HTML image tags. For example, use <img src ="www.google.com/imagehere.jpg"> in the Answer field.
To add images as your answer options:
1. Find the link to your image in your file library.
2. Paste that link and add http: to the beginning of it into where it says xxx below:
<IMG SRC="xxx">
This will make your link look something like this:
<IMG SRC="http://surveygizmolibrary.s3.amazonaws.com/library/103620/21.jpg">
3. Paste this link into the answer options of your card sorting question.
That should make it so you can see the pictures in there.
