Profile Report Tutorial
Available to Professional, SurveyGizmo, Enterprise, and Dedicated Accounts
Creating a profile report allows you to compare one respondent's response to how the rest of respondents answered.
As an example, if you were conducting a Quiz for your students, you could run a Profile Report on all the responses and then hand out the individual reports to each student. This hand out would show them what they put down as an answer and the percentage of other people that answered the same way.
To create a Profile Report, just follow these steps
Step One
Click on the Projects tab-->Analyze & Report, then select Profile
Step Two
Select which question identifies the name of the profile. In this particular survey, we asked the respondent what their "First Name" was. This will be how we label each individual profile.

Step Three
You'll now be shown the Create & Edit tab
This is the screen where you decide which questions you want shown on your report. We want to see all of the questions in our survey on our report, so we will not be removing any. (If you do want to remove a question from a report, just click on the red circle with the white "x" through it.)
Step Four
Click the Run/View Report Tab on the left hand side and you'll see your reports.
Step Five
Click the View Online link to show how a specific individual answered compared to the overall response.
If you want to give out the links to the individual responses, just copy and paste the public link for each individual or download their PDF and send it over to them.
