Domains and Web Links

Branded Sub-Domains are Available to Professional, SurveyGizmo, Enterprise, and Dedicated Account Levels

Private Domains are Available to SurveyGizmo, Enterprise and Dedicated Accounts.

Subdomains and private domains help you customize and brand your survey links.

Click on Account in the top right hand corner of your SurveyGizmo dashboard.
Click on the Preferences tab.
Select and save your domains. Domains already in use are marked with an x.
Open any launched survey and go to the Distribute tab.
Create a Web Link and use your new domain to customize it.

If you only have the ability to change your password, you are not listed as an administrator on your account. Please contact your administrator.
