Email Campaign Send History/Re-Sending Individual Contact Emails Tutorial
Would you like to see what email invites on your account have been sent out to a specific contact email? If so, we now have individual contact history and re-sends available.
- Go to Current Project–>Publishing–>Email Campaign
- Go to Manage/Add Contacts
- Select the small pencil icon to the right of the contact you want to check on the send history.
- Once inside, select the History tab on the left hand side.
This will show the Send History for this particular contact.

- This will list the Contact ID for the survey in the upper right hand corner
- The Date and How long ago the message was sent to this address
- The Message Type: Initial Invite, Reminder, Thank you
- Status: (Sent, Bounced, Reminded)
- Related Project >>Invite: Is the Name of the Invite and what survey it was attached to.
- If you have the ability to Resend the email, it will allow you on the right.
View Entire History: Email Campaign>Manage Add Contacts>Edit>History>View Entire History

This option will allow you to view any and all email invites and surveys that you’ve sent this email address to.
*Note*: If you are unable to access a survey due to permissions and you try to click into the Survey Name it will not allow you to proceed.
