Email Invite Campaign Statistics! Tutorial

Email Invite Campaign Statistics

We now have some great new statistics to help you keep track of your email campaigns more closely!

To access these new statistics, please do the following:

1. Go to Current Project–>Publishing–>Email Campaign.

2. Click on the “Statistics” tab on the left.

Once inside, you’ll see four major sections on Email Statistics:

1. Campaign’s Response Rate: This is the rate of how many people have completed your survey out of the number sent. For example, if you send out 100 emails, and you receive 25 completes, you’ll end up with a 25% Response rate.

This is based entirely out of the number of completes divided by the number sent (this will not take into account partials, etc).

2. Send Statistics:  The email campaign delivery statistics for this particular email campaign.

Contacts Sent: The number of contact emails that you sent out.

Deliveries: This means that our system indicates the email was delivered with no problems (as in it did not bounce or return any errors).

Spam Emails: This means that someone who has received the email invite clicked the “Spam” button and marked the email as spam.

Bounces: This means the email address is invalid.

Soft Bounces: This occurs when the the recipient’s inbox is full, or their mail server is down.

Errors: This means a critical error has occurred within our email campaign. You should not see this happen, but if you do, please contact support@sgizmo.com so we can help!

3. Survey Statistics:  The survey completion statistics of how far people have moved through the survey.

Completes: The respondent has reached the survey and completed the survey.

Partials: The respondent has moved past the first page of the survey but not yet reached the thank you page.

Abandons: The respondent has clicked on the survey link but not actually moved on to the next page (for one page surveys they have not clicked “submit”.

Disqualifies: The respondent has been disqualified based off of logic in your survey.

Not Started: The respondent has received the survey email, but not yet clicked on the link.

4. Unsubscribed Statistics:

Unsubscribes: The number of emails that have been unsubscribed from the email campaign (Manage/Add Contacts–>Unsubscribed). This is only on the email campaign level.

Inactives: The number of emails that have been set to “inactive” from the email campaign (Manage/Add Contacts–>Pencil Icon–>Inactive). This is generally on the global account level

**Please note**: At this time Inactive option functions the same as “Unsubscribes”. (We are working on getting this fixed as soon as possible).

Deleted: The number of emails deleted from the email campaign. (Emails can only be deleted if they have never been sent out).
