Email Invite Error Log Tutorial
Have you ever been in the middle of uploading your email contacts into your email campaign, and not all of them uploaded? Well, our new Import Log can tell you why! We want to make sure that you can keep track of your imports, and know why they some of them didn’t upload!
To access your logs, please do the following:
- Go to Current Project–>Publishing–>Email Campaign.
- Click into the Email Campaign, go to Step 3: Manage/Add Contacts.
- Click on the Import Logs tab.
You will see the following:

You’ll see four columns that will give you more information on your Import Contacts:
- Import Date/Time: The date and time the contact list was uploaded (In EST). It will also give you how long it’s been since that import. (1 Second Ago, 20 Minutes Ago, etc)
- Attempted Imports: The number of contacts that were attempted to be imported and the source of their import (Upload a single Contact, Paste from Spreadsheet, and Import from CSV).
- Successful Imports: The number of contacts that successfully uploaded to the email campaign. (It will also give you the Duration of how long it takes to upload).
- Errors: Any errors that occurred (such as duplicates, invalid email, etc).
While your Imports are uploading, you will see an “In Progress” description under Errors.
