How to Use Secure (SSL) Survey Links


Available to Enterprise, SurveyGizmo and Dedicated Accounts.

Enterprise and Dedicated customers can take advanced of secure socket surveys (SSL or https links). This features encrypts data being passed back and forth between the survey taker and SurveyGizmo, and these account levels can use secure sessions when using the application.

To add HTTPs to your link, you can do so by:

  1. Go to the Project tab-->Distribute
  2. Click into the default link you'd like to secure.
  3. Next to "Link Protocol" select "Secure https://
**Please note** We are unable to secure short or branded-sub domain links. 

Private domains have the ability to be secure. Please see the following article for more information:
