If you have 'Other' boxes in some of your radio button and checkbox questions, you can view these in list format within your Summary Report.

To add them to your Summary Report, just do the following:

  • Go to the the Project tab --> Analyze & Report
  • Click into your Summary Report --> Create & Edit Tab
  • Click on the small pencil icon to the right of the question you'd like to list "Other" options for.
  • Select "Appendix" as the Element type.
  • Save your work.
  • Go to your Run/View Report tab and Re-Run the report.
Voila! That will provide you a list of each individual written response within that "Other" option. You can also access this information within your Exports (Project tab-->Export Data-->CSV/EXCEL).
