Mass Change Partials to Complete
Have you ever had a situation where you've needed to convert all your responses that are set to partial to be converted to complete?
For example:
- The survey was set up improperly
- The respondent forgot to hit "submit" before closing the window
- etc.
Now, if you need to, you can convert your Partials to Completes at the push of a button!
How to convert your Partials to Completes:
1. Log into SurveyGizmo and select the appropriate survey from your dashboard.
2. Click into your View Data tab.
You'll see that the View Data tab now has a "Mark Partials As Complete" button beneath the individual response area.
3. Click on "Mark All Partials Complete".
Warning Message:
A warning message will appear to confirm you'd like to continue.
If you're absolutely sure you'd like to continue:
4. Press OK.
**PLEASE NOTE**: Once this has been clicked, there is no way to reverse this, even on the back end. So please be absolutely sure you'd like to do this before continuing.
End Result:
After a few moments, it will convert all your previously marked Partials as Completes, and voila, you're all set!
