Show all Options in Summary Report Graphs

Do you have a lot of answer option in your questions? If so, you may find that our  our summary reports will group any past 7 inside an "other" category (as seen below).

We now have a feature that will allow you to actually include all of the answer options if you need to. It's quick and easy to set up.

What does this "OTHER" category look like?

Your other option will be at the very end of the bar graph, and will give you the information for all the collective remaining answer options in one.

Showing all Options in Graphs

This feature is available to Summary Reports, and so to get started, we'll need to get one started.

Step 1: Go to the Project tab-->Analyze & Reports, and click on "Summary" to create a Summary Report.

Step 2: Once inside, click on the small pencil icon to the right hand side of the question you'd like to include all the options for.

Step 3: Click on the checkbox next to the "Show all options in graph.

Step 4: Click "Save" at the bottom right hand side of the screen.

Step 5: Go to the Run/View Report tab and click "Refresh Data" or "Run Report now" (whichever is available)

How does the report look when this option is on?

Your graphs will now show all of the options in your question. NOTE: One thing to keep in mind however, if you have a large number, it may not be best to try and display all of them at once (as the graphs may become hard to read).
