Viewing Abandons Tutorial
Available to All Account Levels.
Viewing your abandons is a quick and easy process!
This is how your View Data tab will look prior to turning on abandons:
In order to view abandons, you will need to complete the following steps:
- Go to then Project tab-->Settings
- Select "Display abandons in the survey overview" (If unchecked, abandons will still be collected in background)
- Save Settings
After you've completed this, your View Data tab should then be displaying the abandons and look like this:
