Version 3.x Instructions
Optional: Go to the SurveyGizmo version 2.x instructions

The survey overview page displays a summary of all collected responses to your survey. The following is an explanation of each status, one of 6 categories:
- In Progress
- The respondent is currently taking the survey and has not completed it.
- Abandoned
- A respondent loaded the survey but did not answer any questions and click ‘Next Page’ or ‘Submit Survey’.
- Partial
- A respondent clicked ‘Next Page’ and submitted some data to SurveyGizmo, however they have not completed the survey by reaching the Thank You page or marked as completed through Advanced Page Jumping & Logic actions.
- Completed
- The survey response was finished and marked as completed.
- Overflow
- Responses are unlimited for all paid account levels. Student accounts are limited to 500 responses per mone, and Free account are limited to 250 accounts. If your account has response limits and you happen to go over your response limit for the month, we will not shut down your surveys, we just hold all the overflow responses in a “locked” status. To unlock the, all you need to do is upgrade for the month to the next highest account level.
- Disqualified
- Responses where disqualification logic or quotas were triggered within your survey.
Don’t be concerned if you see a high number of abandons, especially if the survey is on your website. Many individuals will view your survey and choose not to act. In some cases, if you have a large first page (or only one page), it can cause this number to be larger than would seem normal. Don’t take it personally, many will come back and complete the survey later.
