Optional: Go to the SurveyGizmo version 2.x instructions
Sometimes it’s the simplest things that are the most needed. Whether you are updating your password for security purposes, or passing your account over to someone new, inevitably you will need to change your login username/email address or simply change your password.
You can reset your password at any time. If you cannot log into your account, use the Forgot Password link on the login page to receive an email with a temporary password.
If you can log into your account, please see the following steps on how to change your password.

Version 2.x Instructions
Sometimes it’s the simplest things that are the most needed. Whether you are updating your password for security purposes, or passing your account over to someone new, inevitably you will need to change your login username/email address or simply change your password. All of this can be done through our Account Settings section, selectable in the top right of your SurveyGizmo page once you have logged in.

Once you have clicked on Account Settings, you will be presented with a new set of tabs near the top of the page. You will want to select the Users tab near the right side.

You will now be presented with at least one user account by name and email address. You will also notice there are two more boxes in the row: New Password and Repeat Password.

If you wish to update your password, enter the new password the same in both the New Password and Repeat Password boxes and then click ‘Save the Changes’ at the bottom of the page. If you are updating the email address or name information, you can do that as well at the exact same time, and you do not need to change the password to adjust the Email (Login) or the Name.
