Version 3.x Instructions
Optional: Go to the SurveyGizmo version 2.x instructions
Perhaps you’ve finished testing a survey and want to clear out test responses. Or maybe you run a survey periodically and need fresh results. Whatever the case, SurveyGizmo’s Clear All Responses tool will wipe out unwanted data.
In your survey’s overview tab scroll down to the bottom of the page. There underneath your responses you will see two buttons.
- Click Delete All Responses to delete all data, test and otherwise. You will receive a warning before data is deleted. Be sure to export the data if you want to access the info later.
- Click Delete Test Responses to delete only test responses. Test responses are denoted by the red test label to the left. There will be no warning before test responses are deleted.
Version 2.x Instructions
While editing a survey, click the Reports > Data Options tab. Then, under Manage Your Survey, click the “Clear All Responses” link.

Tip: Clearing responses completely wipes out any data. Be sure to export the data if you want to access the info later.
