Hello.

Survey data is encrypted. Enterprise level accounts have an https secure link for extra security.

We don't offer an IP restriction.

You can restrict access by using Email Invitations. There is a setting in Advanced Options that you can activate for Email Invite respondents only (Respondents must come from a
SurveyGizmo Email Invitation otherwise they will be blocked)

You can also set up a survey login using a password. People will only be able to login if they have a password.

We have a website that is only accessible from our IP.If we integrate surveygizmo in that case if someone copy the survey link and paste in browser from different ip he can view the survey. Is there any way so that we can get IP restriction? We are going to decide in the issue immediately. Can you please answer it?

Hi, Amanda.

You can downgrade your account to the free/basic level at any time to cancel all further billing. You will still be able to login and access your surveys and data when you downgrade to the free account.

Your billing occurs each month on the same day as you signed up. For example, if you sign up on the 4th of the month, every 4th of the month your billing will occur. If you want to avoid billing for the next month, downgrade your account by the 3rd of the month.

You downgrade your account by logging in and going to Account Settings => Upgrade/Change Plan.

Your Cancellation Policy does not indicate any timelines for cancellation. If I wish to cancel my account how much notice do I have to give?

Thank you.

Hi Min,

If you are a non-profit organization you can receive 50% off an annual Pro account. Please call Brittany at 800-609-6480 ext 2 and discuss out non-profit program. If you are not a non-profit you can still get 10% off an annual Pro account.

Thanks
Scott

How could I get the 50%-off annual discount for Pro? Does it means I could pay 12*49*50% for one year Pro?

Hi, Spenser.

The Personal Plan allows 1,000 completed surveys per month. Partial responses are not accounted as part of your total.

I hope this answers your question.
