Hi Leanne,
Most likely the format of the file is wrong for the logo that doesn’t show up. The web only displays jpgs, gifs, and pngs files in browsers but we’ve seen this before when a user upload bmp, pict or other file type. As for resizing logos you’ll need to do that prior to upload because there isn’t a way to do that as in a desktop application like Word. There are many free programs available to do this like MS Paint.
thanks
Scott
PS- Please give our forums a try for asking questions like this. It keeps the answers in one central place and usually has a faster response time too.
I can not get an image to reduce in size it come out huge and the control whwn adjuated are not working and the image does not apprea int he surevy preview function.
Nichoel,
Click the Advanced Edit icon next to the question/image, scroll down to the Advanced Formatting box, and change the values for Image Width and Image Height to reduce the size of the image, then click Save.
I’ve confirmed that it will be resized, I tested changing the large image values to the following and it worked fine:
Width: 510
Height: 370
When I add my logo, it appears, but not really. Just a box, with an “x” and the Alt Logo Text appears, but not the actual logo. What’s going on? When I add other logos, just as a test, they end up enormous on the screen. Is there a way to resize the logo once it’s added to the survey, the way we can do in Word Docs?
