    Summary

    The Director of People and Culture will be at the center of all the people transactions at SurveyGizmo. This role is responsible for building and managing the HR team and related systems and processes including on-boarding, payroll, benefits, total compensation, and off-boarding. You will work closely with all of the business teams.

    This is a critical role to ensuring data integrity for employee data, as well as, efficient and scalable processes. You will operate as the day to day administrative face of HR and must enjoy a relentless pursuit of process optimization, global scale, automation and creating a fun work environment.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. The right person will be able to come into our fast-paced environment, quickly build strong relationships, and then develop and execute a plan with an eye towards continuous improvement.
