New Feature: Integration with FreshBooks
As many of you know, SurveyGizmo has been part of the Small Business Web for the past couple of years (we helped them throw a killer party at last year’s SxSW conference as some of you may recall…).
The Small Business Web is comprised of quite a few like-minded companies that want to do their best to provide products and services to help out the small business owners of the world.
As part of this, we get to work with one of the founding companies, that I’m sure a lot of you use on a daily basis, FreshBooks. Just in case you don’t use them yet, FreshBooks is one of the easiest to use invoicing, time tracking, and billing online software.
They have an open API, and a variety of accounts that boast a ton of great features (just like SurveyGizmo!). And that’s a little bit of about FreshBooks.
If you’re already using them, then you’re going to love our new integration. We have just made it a lot easier to survey all your FreshBooks clients.
With our new integration with FreshBooks, all you have to do is create a survey, and when you’re ready to email out the link, just click on the FreshBooks integration, and we’ll automatically pull in all your FreshBooks contacts, so you can send out follow-up surveys to them.
Now you can easily survey your clients on:
– How they like your services
– How likely they are to be a repeat customer
– How likely they are to tell their friends about you
– What improvements you can make to make your service better
Surveys are a great way to help you better understand your customers, and this integration is just another step towards making it extremely easy for you to run your business.
