The information requested on the form will be treated in a strictly confidential manner and in accordance with the Fund's Privacy Statement. The personal data will only be distributed or disclosed to the committee of Reuters Centenary Fund, relevant Thomson Reuters staff, any advisers and representatives on a strictly need to know basis.
