Corporate Pass Program Application

The Corporate Pass Program is a discount for organizations to purchase employee memberships. Any business with five or more participating employees qualifies for the Corporate Pass Program.

Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for application processing. Electronic submittal of this application does not guarantee approval. Once your application has been reviewed, you will be notified of your approval status.

Monthly and annual passes are not transferable and must be purchased by the employee. The contact
person for your corporation must provide a sample of an employee pass or a form of employee
identification for verification purposes. Passes will be sold only after we have verified employment and
your application has been accepted.

Verification of employment includes a current ID badge with a photo or photo ID or most recent pay
stub. Additional children for Family Passes are not discountable.

Corporate Pass status will be reviewed on an annual basis. A reminder of renewal will be sent prior to expiration. If not resubmitted, your employees will not be eligible for the corporate pass discount until resubmission is approved.
