Sound Transit Ticket Vending Machine (TVM) Resolution Form

General information

Please fill out as much information as you can to help us solve the problem quickly. Normal processing time is approximately 20-30 days. Credit/debit card refunds are electronically sent back to the account used and cash purchases are refunded via mailed check. Please allow additional processing time for bank holidays.

If you have not received a refund after 30 days, or if you have questions, please email us at main@soundtransit.org or call Customer Service at 888-889-6368.

At the end of the form, you'll have a chance to review your answers and download a PDF version with your responses.
