Retrofit Program Changes (Effective April 1, 2019):
Any Retrofit applications submitted to Hydro One before April 1, 2019 and pre-approved before May 1, 2019 will continue to be managed by Hydro One. Any applications that do not receive pre-approval before May 1 will be transferred to the Independent Electricity Systems Operator (IESO). To submit your new application, please contact the IESO toll free at 1-877-797-9473 or email them at Retrofit@IESO.ca
