Event requests must be submitted two weeks prior to event date, or a late fee (20% of total bill) may be applied.

Note: Parking and Transportation Services will review and give final approval for event services, additional services may be required depending on the type of event. Non-University sponsored events may be required to provide proof of liability insurance.

Event Services, Products, and Equipment

Listed below are available services, products, and equipment to assist you with your event. Please make your request by specifying the quantity and/or number of hours needed.

Note: UI faculty, staff, and students are not eligible for Visitor permits, or temporary Reserved spaces.
By submitting this form, I understand the following: If I need to cancel the above requested services I must do so a minimum of two week days prior to the event date or I may be charged the full amount. I also understand that Visitor permits are non-refundable and not eligible for use by current UI faculty, staff, or students.
