Event Request Form

Please complete the fields below and provide as much information as possible about your event needs. If there is additional information that does not fit on the form, please email parking@uidaho.edu.

Event requests must be submitted seven (7) calendar days prior to event date, or a late fee (20% of total bill) may be applied.

Note: Parking and Transportation Services will review and give final approval for event services, additional services may be required depending on the type of event. Non-University sponsored events may be required to provide proof of liability insurance.

Event Services, Products, and Equipment

Listed below are available services, products, and equipment to assist you with your event. Please make your request by specifying the quantity and/or number of hours needed.


Note: UI faculty, staff, and students are not eligible for Visitor permits, or temporary Reserved spaces.
Are your Visitor Scratch Off Parking Permits part of a special event or for regular business use?
Would you like the Visitor Scratch Off Parking Permits billed when issued or upon completion of your event with the other event charges?
7. Vandal Trolley or Joe Bus Rental (Both are $80/hour, 2 hour minimum, includes driver). 
By submitting this form, I understand that Visitor permits are non-refundable and not eligible for use by current U of I faculty, staff, or students.
